Nathan Pendleton

Nathan is the founder and operates Deeply Rooted Grounds not for profit in Central America, specifically home based in Jinotega, Nicaragua. Nate is our boots on the ground for operations in Central America and most importantly, leads by serving the poor and needy everywhere he goes. Nate is a proud military veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division as an Airborne Infantry Medic and was able to use that experience with his business schooling from the University of North Florida to serve in the medical field for over 10 years before commissioning to Central America.

Nate and his beautiful wife Maria Celeste Pendleton, a native to Nicaragua have two sons, Isaac and Jeremiah. Nathan and Maria have a special place in their heart for kids with disabilities and special needs. Isaac has cerebral palsy from a traumatic birth. Through this God is turning what the devil meant for evil for good. It has given them the passion and the calling to start working with the special needs community as there is a great need for a physical therapy center and home for Orphans with disabilities and terminal illnesses. While Nate runs the operations, he continually serves with his wife to feed, give fresh water, clothing, new houses, and medical treatment to the needy children and families of Nicaragua
